Development Partner - 4 levels of Sponsorship

Gold:  A booth plus 2 minutes at the opening session, two full attendee passes, two sessions on a multi track, one large screen monitor, listing in the conference guide, listing on the TPAC SA website.

Silver: A half size booth plus 2 minutes at the opening session, one full attendee pass, one session on a multi track, listing in the conference guide, listing on the TPAC SA website.

Copper: No booth, 2 minutes at the opening session, one full attendee pass, listing in the conference guide, listing on the TPAC SA website.

 PlatinumA booth plus 10 minutes at the opening session, 5 attendee passes, one SINGLE track session, one large screen monitor, listing in the conference guide and listing on the TPAC SA website.

Why Exhibit at TPAC?

  • The primary focus of TPAC is you – the Third Party. Sage’s conference concentrates on Sage’s message. TPAC concentrates on YOUR message.
  • TPAC is Sage 300 (Accpac) and Sage 200 (Evolution) focused. No extra products to dilute the message.
  • All the important Business Partners attend. These are the people who will sell and support your products.
  • Conduct Pre-Conference Training. Focused on technical content as opposed to sales.
  • Network with other Development Partners.
  • Network with your existing Business Partners. Nothing is better than one on one time.
  • Your session can be Sales or Technical.
  • General Session. Each year we typically have one or more Sessions that give select exhibitors extra session time.
  • Once you come to TPAC, you will come again. Most exhibitors return year after year.
  • We are planning a great party for the event this year.
  • Each exhibitor receives a full list of all conference attendees.
  • The booth includes carpet, electricity, 6” table and 2 chairs, & Wi-Fi.
  • TPAC is affordable. Compare the sponsorship fees to other conferences, you will be pleasantly surprised.
  • Full conference pass (1 with Copper and Silver, 2 with Gold and 5 with Platinum) includes lunch, breaks and dinners Thursday to Saturday, the Meet & Greet on Thursday night, the costume ball on Friday night and the Awards Dinner on Saturday night. 
  • Gold  $5,500 CAD booth, 2 attendees, 2 sessions
  • Silver  $2,750 CAD half size booth, 1 attendee, 1 session
  • Copper $1,500 CAD no booth, 1 attendee
  • Platinum $12,000 CAD booth, 5 people, one session on SINGLE track
  • Additional Exhibitor Passes  $500 CAD

Amounts will be charged in $CAD$.  

Plus accommodation booked directly with the hotel.
